1. Install Redline.
2. Extract Patch.rar into \Program Files\Bentley\Redline\
3. Double Click patcher.bat
4. Run Redline.
5. Run License tool from menu, "Utilities | License Management" or it runs first fire up.
6: It can't find a Select Server, press OK. It asks you insert Select Server Settings, press cancel.
7. Now we see the license management tool.
Choose "File | Import" and browse to Redline.xml in \Program Files\Bentley\Redline\.
It should say "License Import Succeeded"
8."Failed to retrieve a list of available licenses" is a normal message. You dont need any.
