1. install MicroStation itself and reboot if necessary
2. Extract Patch.rar into ...\MicroStation\
3. execute patcher.bat (doubleclick it)
4. Run MicroStation (it will ask for activation within 30 days), skip connection
5. Run Licence tool from menu, "Utilities | Licence Management"
6: Press OK on first dialog, Press cancel on next dialog.
7. In the license management window tool, use "File | Import" and browse to license.xml
in ...\MicroStation\. It should say "License Import Succeeded"
8. "Failed to retrieve a list of available licenses" is a normal message. You dont need any.
